100 years seems like a lot!Don't know if you want it or not.But just take a lookAt Dr. Bortz' bookAnd you'll feel 100 is HOT!Truly inspirational, what I loved most about this book is its credibility. Dr. Walter Bortz is a dude who walks his talk, or rather RUNS it. At age 80, he completed his 40th marathon in Boston in April/10 to the cheers of hundreds of by-standers. So when he says: "It's never too late,": you know it's true! This book is a must read for anyone who is 30-something or older. His medical practice proved to him that we can all live to be 100 and he makes the journey easy and fun!YOUNG ING it.

I agree with 90% of his explanations.

I chose the five star rating because this book is short, easy and a great inspiration to improve the quality and longevity of your life. I liked how Dr. Bortz' broke it down to 100 tips on how to DARE to be 100. Again, I recommend this to everyone.

Though this book was published in 1996, it has some excellent information, tips, and guidelines for living a longer and healthier life. Dr. Bortz has inspired and motivated me to stretch my lifetime goals. Recommended reading!
